			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In a sign that <strong>scarce books</strong> will often sell for a great price, even in a down economy, one of 200 limited edition copies of <strong>Harry Potter and the Philosopher&#8217;s Stone</strong> (which was renamed to <strong>Harry Potter and the Sorcerer&#8217;s Stone for release in the U.S.</strong>) The limited edition, in wraps (softcover), was published by Bloomsbury in 1997 and included an illustrated card signed by author <strong>J.K. Rowling</strong>. The winning bidder was a comic book collector from Dubai who&#8217;s wife is a big Harry Potter fan.</p>
