Today we’re going to look at an old classic in the kitchen Betty Crocker’s Cookbook, with the pie(round) cover. This book was published from the late 60’s to the early seventies in this form. The next edition, which is more common, has a square pattern on the cover, and not as valuable. This book is fairly common, however, and frequently turns up. I would guess it is popular with people who grew up with this in their mom’s kitchen and now want a copy of their own.

This book sells for $15 to $40+, depending on condition, and also comes in a 3 ring binder format.
